Hello! And, thank you for taking the time to find out a little about myself. As a solution-focused therapist with 13-plus years of experience and currently licensed in Arizona, I work to develop a relationship of trust, setting goals and understanding the path to healing with my clients. I’ve been fortunate to work for behavioral health centers across The Valley, helping women, men, teens and couples.
As your therapist, I work WITH you using a non-judgmental and warm approach to assist in accomplishing your goals. After we work together to build a comfortable rapport, I look to give you challenges — that we overcome together — for helping in strengthening your personal growth.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and Integrative health. I am solution-focused. Also, I am emotion-focused therapy trained to help couples strengthen their marriage and communication.
Understanding together what goals we want to achieve – on both large and small scale – is key to the process of building a plan that suits the wellness you are after.
